Effective July 31, 2026. TaskCap is owned and operated by System Analytics LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. This policy explains how TaskCap processes consultant-led employee assessment data.
How responses are used
Interview responses are used to identify workflow bottlenecks, time cost, tool fit, adoption risk, honest tool gaps, and report content. For consultant-led engagements, responses are processed on behalf of the consultant and their client organization for the specific client engagement.
Data relationship
Consultants own the client relationship. TaskCap processes engagement responses to provide individual employee reports and aggregate diagnostics to the consultant. We do not contact a consultant's client for unrelated sales.
What we collect
TaskCap may collect employee first name, role, department, optional email address, interview messages, generated reports, engagement metadata, usage events, consultant account details, branding settings, credit ledger entries, and payment metadata from Stripe. Full payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by TaskCap.
What we do not sell
We do not sell individual interview responses. Tool ranking is based on fit and quality, not vendor payment.
Employee emails
If an employee provides an email address, it is used only to deliver that employee's own report and necessary engagement-related notices.
Sensitive data
Employees should not enter passwords, protected health information, student records, trade secrets, or confidential personal details. Describe the workflow pattern instead.
Retention
Unless a consultant requests earlier deletion, consultant engagement data is retained for up to 24 months after the engagement is closed or inactive, then may be deleted or anonymized. Billing records and security logs may be retained longer when needed for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or platform security.
Deletion requests
Consultants may request deletion of engagement data through the contact page. Employee deletion requests should identify the consultant firm and client engagement so records can be located and routed appropriately.
Service providers
TaskCap uses service providers such as Supabase for database hosting, Clerk for authentication, OpenAI for AI processing, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, and Resend for email when configured. These providers process data only as needed to operate the service.
