Terms
Terms of Service
Effective July 31, 2026. TaskCap is owned and operated by System Analytics LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. These terms govern consultant, MSP, and advisory-firm use of TaskCap's white-label AI readiness diagnostic platform.
Contracting party
The contracting party providing TaskCap is System Analytics LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. References to TaskCap, we, us, or our mean System Analytics LLC operating the TaskCap platform.
Customer and authority
The customer is the consultant, MSP, operations advisor, or advisory firm using TaskCap to run diagnostics for client organizations. By creating an engagement or inviting employees, the consultant represents that they have authority from the client organization to conduct the assessment and process employee responses for that engagement.
Completed scans
A completed scan is the billing unit. A scan is completed only when an invited employee finishes the structured interview and an individual report is generated. Abandoned, partial, duplicate, or failed interviews are not billable completed scans.
Credits and refunds
Consultant scan credits are prepaid. One credit is deducted only when a completed scan generates an individual report. Refunds for unused credits may be requested through TaskCap support and are processed manually at System Analytics LLC's discretion, net of any Stripe processing limits or chargeback activity. See the Refund Policy for the First Engagement Guarantee.
White-label use
Consultants may present client-facing pages and reports under their own brand. Consultants may not misrepresent authorship of the underlying TaskCap diagnostic engine in a way that implies they built, own, or independently operate the platform. Presenting reports under the consultant's brand is allowed.
Recommendations
TaskCap recommends real tools when the fit is credible and should plainly identify cases where no good tool exists yet. Recommendations are decision support, not legal, medical, financial, or procurement advice.
Consultant responsibilities
Consultants are responsible for their client relationship, resale pricing, statements made to clients, implementation advice, and compliance with workplace, privacy, procurement, and professional rules that apply to their engagements.
Availability and changes
TaskCap may change, pause, or discontinue features as the platform evolves. We work to keep interviews, reports, and billing reliable, but no online service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
